Just received a call asking to do a retro on 64 acres with a contributory value on the farm house that is located on the property the retro date is 1988. I became certified in 2003 can I complete this assignment? I looked through USPAP and just called state board no answer of course.

USPAP 2008 applies; if you have the expertise, experience, market data access, etc.

Sure.

If not ........recommend co-appraising with a CertRes or GenCert who does.

I agree. It's a competency issue.

Yes you can do it; however, do you have access to the data? I used to keep sold books back to the 60s but finally got rid of all of them. Your MLS might have archives that old.
