It's in the Florida Forum. Basically calls for Florida Real Estate Appraiser's Board to call for an interagency meeting with other agencies that regulate lenders, realtors, Fannie Mae etc.. to work on solutions to lender pressure, orders from lenders with pre-determined values etc...

Florida has a provision in its enabling rules that created the FREAB that provides for it to invoke an interagency meeting between agencies that have problems between themselves.

In my opinion it is the only way for us to try to remove some of the lender pressure issues we face. Should be done on a national scale or in each state. Sit down with all the other players and tell them that some of their practices violate appraisers' rules and to stop it. stop it stop it stop it.

I like it, maybe our state can get involved in something like that.
