I had a client supply me with a Rural Development (Michigan) Existing Home Certificate with a revision date of 01/2008; it's identical to the one I've always used EXCEPT it didn't include the elements under the category "Energy Requirements" as the version at the following link does: http://www.mirealtors.com/convention_07/subpages/documents/3.pdf

Anyone know if this Certificate's been updated/revised as of Jan/2008... or is the copy the client supplied me incomplete?

As I understand it, if you are FHA approved you do not have to supply the form.

Had one recently (lat week), still had the energy statements.
