Sales of auto race tracks

I am appraising an auto speedway in Oklahoma and need to find comparable sales in (preferably) AR,KS,TX,NM. The track I am appraising is a high end track, but I would like to analyze ANY sales that may have occurred recently. This is a half-mile track, relatively new with good amenities.

I would appreciate information on any sales you may know of or if you know of a website, magazine, association or other that might be a sort of clearinghouse for information about sales of tracks.

Any assistance would be very much appreciated.

Mesa Marin in Bakersfield, CA. Same thing, bought to build houses on the land. The land sits vacant with no activity. I think the price was around 40 million.

Hialeah Speedway closed in 2005 but as far as I know it has not yet sold.

They're being closed due to high cost of land, probability of use for other things, such as subdivisions.

There was one near Quincy a couple year ago. It didn't seem to me that it sold for very much money though. It is still in operation.

Check PVPLUS for the West Siloam Springs (Delaware Co., OK) track. I think it sold sometime in the past few years. - Sec. 28 or 29 of 20 N - 25 E
