I would like to urge all to go to the CA forum
and read the "Murrieta SCAM" . . . .

You won't believe the appraiser's quotes as
to why it was OK to value homes (30-40 of
them) at $100-150,000 over the LIST PRICE!

I read all of it. If you read the sales pitch used by the company...you'll see how fake this is top to bottom. The idiots who fell for the dumbest laid scam ever deserved to lose every dime in my book. The crooks should be locked up, but man, this has to be the dumbest sales pitch ever. Even on the front page of the site, 2 investors were wearing shirts that show that they were stripped of the American Dream. Please. I have zero sympathy for them, and less for the crooks that should be drug behind the barn and shot :) IMHO
