Hi does FHA prohibit security bars on the outside of the home without a quick release? They are screwed into the mortar. Thanks

What do you think? Does it have any impact on the safety, soundness or security of the occupants? I think so.

The security bars on the bedroom windows are required to have ( quick releases ) its a health & safety issue OR the owner can remove the bars.Need a way out in a fire :)
