Hello,
I am a trainee appraiser enrolled in the Appraisal Institute's Practical Applications of Real Estate Appraisal (PAREA) for the residential licence practical hours. I am reaching out to find out if anyone at your chapter might consider taking on a trainee under supervision to complete the practical experience for the certified residential appraiser level. I will be completing the PAREA program for the licensed level by January/February 2027, after which I will be needing about another 500 additional practical hours for the certified residential license. I live in Chandler, AZ and am willing to commute throughout the Phoenix region and beyond.
