Greetings:
I would like the opportunity to work alongside an experienced and ethical certified general appraiser in the New York Metro Area. I have completed all my G series class work (last year) and am looking to gain commerical appraising experience in order to take the NY State General Appraiser Exam.
I am currently a certified residential appraiser, and have been working in my own company for the last 5 years. I have performed many multi-family (2-4) units, condos, co-ops, REOs and residential (both average and hi-valuation homes) throughout Westchester and Putnam counties in NY.
As many of you know Residential Appraising is quite slow presently and I would appreciate the opportunity to work with a General Appraiser to gain knowledge and experience in the commerical side of the business.
