Just uploaded a pdf copy of the letter sent to David Walker, Comptroller of the Currency, by Senator Paul Sarbanes, Chairman of the Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs. In this letter, Senator Sarbanes and Senator Zell Miller outline the reasons for a GAO Audit of the United States' Appraisal Regulatory Structure.
