I have a small appraisal company and more work than I can handle right now. I'd like to find some experienced appraisers that can take on some of the overflow work. I am particularly looking for appraisers that can handle outlying Alameda and Contra Costa counties (Brentwood, Antioch, Livermore, Fremont, etc.). I am in Berkeley and have been turning down assignments as I just don't have time to drive out that far. May also have work for Solano county, SF, Santa Clara, Napa if I can find good/trustworthy appraisers.

Ideally you are AR certified but minimally AL (no trainees). I do have some FHA assignments so FHA registered is a plus. You need to carry your own E&O insurance and ideally use WinTotal. Reasonable fee splits as long as you are good at what you do and I don't have to spend a ton of time looking over the appraisal. You should be familiar with working in the current market (i.e. what is expected in terms of comps, verbiage, addendums, market research, etc...).

Please email license, resume and E&O if interested.
