Subject property has a shared well. The well sits on different site. The valves to the well are located on each property (on the outside of dwelling), NOT on the well "as it leaves the well, is this satifactory or do the valves have to be on the immediate well ? I can't find the answer in the handbook and curious if anybody could help?m2: thank you!

A shared well must have a shared well agreement and shall be binding upon signatory parties and their successors in title.
