It deletes all the data in the form. Luckily, I didn't click yes.

I'm not familiar with alamode, but this might help in the future:

While working on the report, save the report every several minutes, either manually or automatically (if the software has that function). If you accidentally delete something that you can't get back by using Cntrl+Z, simply close out the form and do not save. When you open the form up again, it will have all the data from your last saved point.

If for some reason the Shift+Delete deletes the entire file, there are various programs (freeware, shareware, and other) that can find the deleted file. Typically only the pointer to the file is deleted; not the file itself. Once the program is run and the file is found, it can be restored.

Alamode does create a back up file (.BZ1) that will "usually" restore the file. I have mine set to save every 1 min.
