I was driving comps yesterday and I saw him. The Silver Streak. He was in a flashy silver sports car and nearly drove over me as I was entering a subdivision. He flew past me and down the road. Before I made my next turn I had time to observe him as he slowed down in front of two houses just long enough to take a picture on the fly. I arrived at my destination and poised myself in the middle of the cul-de-sac while I made notes on the comp I was looking at and took my photo. Just then, he flew by. Arm out the window with camera in hand. He didn't skip a beat. He circled the cul-de-sac around me with a smile on his face and was gone... in a flash...the Silver Streak.

Well I guess he's, at least, not using MLS photos, but I'm quite sure he couldn't describe the property to any detail at all.

Hey, he's got all the data he needs from the MLS sheet and we all know Realtors never stretch the facts in the MLS. :rof:

Curt,
Once had a MAI stop by for some data, had a older Mercedes.
A man on the move. I was driving a Toyota Corolla (the $3000
version) at the time, the one with the simulated vinyl interior.

So was it a sports car worth more or less than $50K.

My helper drives a Mercedes...she gave $5000 for it. Slick but 100,000+ miles. She loves 'em and they are just the right size for her...Small for a fat boy...maybe that's why? Do you suppose she doesn't want me to ride with her? She used to drive a diesel Mercedes about a 84 model..couple hundred K miles. 30+ mpg (and she used to cheat and use farm fuel when her (now ex-) hubby didn't catch her.)

My thoughts...Zoner! Got to make those car payments by doing $1 photos.
