I also passed the Certified Test for CA yesterday. Third times a charm. I stopped by McDonalds for an application, on my way to the test site just in case I didnt pass :laugh:

Learnappraising.com was a blessing for me. I also took the HP12C course.

With the AMC's taking over will it really make a difference as far as fees go???

Happy Holidays to all :peace:

You are a lieutenant, no longer a corporal, and you just got promoted during a very bloody battle. Some of us believe that residential-mortgage appraisers will eventually lose this war; others are optimistic that the AMCs will take some bad shots, hit some of their own soldiers, miss the best of us and eventually surrender (to reasonable fees).

Congrats and welcome.

You still may want to fill out that McDonalds application! Things are kind of slow!

Congrats on passing
I think you 'McDonalds' idea was a charm.. did you get fries with that?

I had accepted a job two days before my test and I too passed. For some time now I have seen the writing on the wall... Certified will NOT make good business come rolling in to you.. may not make bad (ie AMC) business come rolling in....

Wear this lovely feather in your cap as you take orders for the McNuggets

Good luck

Test time

Congrats on passing the exam. How many hours did it take you?

Took me four hours and then I spent another hour going back over everything. I only changed one question.

Happy Holidays
