i am preparing for my state exam. i want to know the six functions of a dollar

I'm not sure about the other 5, but if you fold it propertly you can play Greenback Football with your friends.

Don't know about your state, but Missouri gives you a table to use, in case you don't have one of those fancy shmancy HP12C's.

I highly recommend the fancy schmancy 12C. :p

All major schools have good courses that cover the six functions.

The best I have seen was an instructior of IAAO(International Association of Assessing officers.

I wish I could find his name and the title, it is here somewhere in this 25 years of junk.

You can actually, construct the tables with a simple calculator using his info.

Once you get the first one, the others are derived from it.

Totally worthless information for a residential appraiser...but you will need it to pass the test. A HP12c is the way to go if you feel compelled to have a financial calculator. If I can't do it on a simple four function calculator..I don't need to do it! :rofl:

i had one question about future value, thats all. i passed saturday- yeah!
