Sketch problems being erased/modified!

Anybody else has this problem? I'm running Vista and randomly my sketches are erased or modified from the report when I sent the report back to my client. I talked to ACI technical support a million times and problem is still not solved. I am so sick of it. My clients think that I don't include the sketch in the report or that I do it partially. It makes me look so unprofessional.
I am sooo thinking of switching to Wintotal...

ACI is playing catch-up to VIsta along with everyone else. Try using ACI on an XP machine for now.

Which sketch program are you using? If it is Apex, maybe we can help (?) if you'll get in touch with us. To start, we'd need your version numbers for both your ACI forms program and Apex. In Apex, select "About" from the Help menu and note the version and date in the dialog that pops up. If you'll post this info here and maybe some more details on what is happening, maybe we can offer some help short of having to move back to an old operating system.

Ok, sorry I can't be more help. If you are still having a problem, you can email me your WS file, and I will convert it and save it as a PDF, and then email the PDF to you for insertion in your report if it will help you get the file done and sent out. I was an appraiser for many years and remember how important it is to get those files sent out with invoices attached... Let me know if I can help in any way.

As per our conversation I am still working on speaking to your recipients to clear the waters with them and I will continue to work with you on the Winsketch probs with Vista. Even though that Winsketch program has not been updated or patched since 2003 I have seen it work on Vista and we might be able to get your system working better with continued troubleshooting,

I agree, all options including discounts for a Vista-compliant sketchware are on the table, but my first instincts as a computer nerd is to fix what she already owns!
