Are you referring to the $10,000 adjustment the "skippy" appraiser made for an above ground pool with a custom island kitchen? :rof:

Must be my x brother in laws pool, the one that paid for the extra N _ _kie on Christmas eve at the known C _ T house in Blue Summit, Mo. with his wifes credit card and didn't get his wife anything for Chirstmas one year.

Or it could be the other x brother in law that lit a match and stuck it into a gas can to see if any gas was still in there. Can was empty, but the fumes were still there. He lived to tell the tail but the can didn't.

I had an uncle who tried to kill gophers by pouring gasoline down their holes and then set a match to one of them. He was in the hospital for quite a long time. I don't recall the fate of the gophers.
