Check this link out.

http://www.nbc4.tv/news/1789144/detail.html

It was appraised for $91,000. Seems to be a faulty Highest and Best Use Analysis when you click on the link in the article for the current bid price of $1,101,000. 8O 8O Just kidding.....

Every appraiser should know Eminem is hot stuff and his old house should be too.

Hell, lenders should just hire Eminem to live in their foreclosures for awhile and make a killing.....

Pam,

Got me???

The bid started at $120,000 and there are 170 bids. Lots more than the typical selling process. 8O 8O 8O

I think the NCAB would be very interested in looking over that $91,000 appraisal.....  They like that after the fact stuff.

Eminem is the phonetic spelling of the small, round, multicolored, chocolate candy that has been so popular...and it does not even melt in your hands.

He is the latest rap singer.... if you can call that stuff music :?
Like TE said, Eminem is pronouced like the candy "M & M". Even has a movie out about his road to fame, I'm not real interested in seeing it though. As you can imagine it would be, from that culture..... well, there is none.

It really pi*&ed me off when they put this crap in the Grammy Awards under music. It should have been put in the "spoken word" category. It is not music by any stretch of the imagination.
