1) Watermarks capability - When giving a copy to a borrower which happens from time to time - I think it would be a good option to be able to put a "COPY" in see through or translucent fashion across the pages of the appraisal - much like the "DEMO" written on the trial copy of ACI. This allows us to issue a copy that cannot be used for any purpose, but satisfy the borrower / user.

2) It would be nice if when printing multiple copies of the report that the software would default back to 1 copy. I keep forgetting to watch expecting to print 1 copy, and it remembers the last print (usually 3 copies)

Some printers can do this on their own. The NEC 870 is one and I think most of the HP's also have this ablity. You might look at the printer options tab.

Yes - I have no problem with hard copies (I have a hand stamp), although it would also be nice for the hard copy. My main 'control' issue is providing it to the customer by email Adobe PDF - I read the Adobe manual, cant see an option for installing the work "copy" on the PDF or something. So in the past I signed in black, or omitted certain items required for a lender to retain control.. (we really like to send out as much of our work in PDF format).

THERE IS A CHANCE that:

http://www.fineprint.com

has what you need in PDFFACTORY.

I know one thing, their fineprint program saves MUCH tonner and paper.

It can be downloaded free for about 30 trial pages.

Good Luck-ed in arkansas
