Mr. DeLuca was certified in three states (Florida, Georgia and Tennessee) when several complaints were filed against him in Florida. He had an office in Tallahassee, Florida.

Try these links:

and scroll down to the Administrative Complaints. The Docket will indicate the cases were closed. The reason is Mr. DeLuca decided to forgo a Formal Hearing before an Administrative Law Judge and opt for an Informal Hearing before the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board.

If the links don't work, let me know and I will provide instructions to find the cases on the Florida DOAH site.

any idea why Tennessee renewed his license is the real issue. prior license revocations/suspensions assertions are part of a license application in Tennessee!!

IF ANY OF THESE QUESTIONS ARE ANSWERED YES,
PLEASE EXPLAIN ON A SEPARATE SHEET OF PAPER.

Have you ever been denied an appraiser license or certificate or had an appraiser license or certificate or professional license of any type suspended or revoked in Tennessee or elsewhere? This would include the voluntary surrender of a license.

[ zzz ] Yes [ ]No ???????????

Maybe no one in TN cares. Apathy is why stuff like this happens.

Nikole is aware of him. I'm not sure what the TN Board has been able to do about the situation. It's NOT a case a apathy.

Respondents have rights, and the delays (or apparent lack of action) may be a result of the Respondent exercising them.
