Special access

Trying to access "FLORIDA APPRAISERS", I was denied access with the statement that I needed "special access". How do I get this "special access"?

Send me your full name that is on your appraiser's license. I verify that you are indeed a Florida Appraiser then set you up an an approved member of the Florida User Group.
