Do you ever feel a spiritual sense?

I feel the Holy Spirit all the time. He dwells within me.

All the time.
One perches on my left shoulder and suggests things that I might want to do.
The other, on my right shoulder, tells me to ignore the one on the left.

What does any of this have to do with appraising?

There are five senses. Smell, touch, taste, see, and hear. Some say dogs have a sixth sense.

The same as fantasy football has to do with appraising,
And 40 year old music videos, and vitamin discussions, and pictures you took, and the latest dog hero update, and on, and on

Or are you advocating only Eli is limited to discussing appraisals?

That is why you will find most if not all of those threads in the Watercooler section of the AF where they belong, not the General Appraisal Discussion section - it does not take a genius to figure that out.

Regarding our special friend from TN, there is not much that he posts has any relevance to reality or contributes anything worthwhile to advancing my profession anyhow
