Watching here, but....our area of the SW FL coast are 3 of the top five areas people are moving to. More people, more demand.

These cycles have always ended - trees can't grow to the sky. (IMO) Much better a bull run ends with a whimper than with a bang. Ending with a whimper means these systems are functioning more/less as designed.

Recent Core Logic residential housing trend report indicated that 12-month growth was 1% - 2% although anticipated future 12-month median price increases are 5% - 6%.
