I have a friend of the family that is looking for an appraiser that covers St.Clair County. The property is located off Algonac on Russell Island. Definitely is not going to be an easy appraisal. The property is a waterfront cottage. Russell island is a no-vehicle permitted island and the ferry is closed this time of year. The homeowner can provide transportation to the house (via boat or sea plane).

Any takers?

Omg.

Call Win Cooper in Port Huron they do that area

Win Cooper's still appraising? Win taught my original coursework back in 1992 and I thought he was about to retire then... as info, Win's an excellent instructor should he still be "instructing"...

FWIW.

Win still does some teaching, he took in a partner a few years ago. Spends most of the winter in Florida.
