My local auditors office (my employer) is currently looking for commercial and residential Appraisers. In earlier posts I’ve wrote what it was like going from fee to mass appraisal. https://appraisersforum.com/forums/threads/staff-appraiser.217933/page-3#post-2791633

No license requirement. Great opportunity for someone looking to get licensed. In my opinion all you need is an understanding of economics (supply & demand) and statistics. Big data analytics is a +. The rest can be taught if you’re willing to learn. If you have any questions let me know.
