:!: Please - all of you - make a commitment to attend all your state appraisal board meetings. We can make a difference!

Florida's next board meeting is in Orlando on Feb. 4. At least Frank Gregoire and I will be staying at the Holiday Inn downtown Orlando which is very close to where the board will be meeting. There is a party 8) after the meeting on Tuesday and I hope all that can attend will be there. Already know that both Frank and I will also be there Monday night.

I'll post again with the phone number for the Holiday Inn. If we get enough people we can probably get room discounts.

We need someone from each state to post and add to Wayne's calendar their state appraisal board meeting dates.

DO SOMETHING!!!!!

Kevin I will be working over the next couple of days to bring all the links of the missing features to this board, such as the calendar, live chat, deadbeat listings, etc.

I didn't want to do it right away, in case this software didn't work well.

I know this is different but this software can handle much more volume while the old was gonna be near it's limit the way we were going.

I guess it worked. Hey, Bob Ipock, the PA board hasn't getten back to me yet about that question about confidentiality. The prosecutor's office also has not returned my call. I ran it past a lawyer who is "up" on litigation issues involving appraisers. He is boning up on giving seminars on preparing appraisers for hearings before the boards. His take is that the only way an appraiser would be cited for breach of confidentiality is if his client filed a complaint. I checked back with the appraiser in question. He TOLD his client what he was doing. He also told me that his "client" doesn't give him any more work. FYI
