I did,

That's why AMCs want national appraiser licenses, so state boards disappear.

I really think they are dreaming.

It won’t happen.

We are so divided but yet at the State level we are very united in several states.

La is not playing.

It would have to be very nice offer to Louisiana to accept a national license. C&R would have to be on the mix.

States don’t have to follow federal protocol on public trust. Remember that.

They can enforce antitrust law and up their regulations.

Point is States can up their regulations to enforce or promote public trust.

Weird how AMC’s are withholding information to Louisiana. That won’t last.
