Wayne,

Maybe you have addressed this somewhere else but I could not find it. When I log in I check the log in automatically box each time and I still get cut off. And for some reason the computer does not remember my username or password anymore. What may be the problem? Thanks for the help.

Wayne I tried the same thing and solution and having same problem...

I need to know the web browser name and version you are using.

Meanwhile while I try to duplicate the problem, check these things, I am 99% sure it is a cookie problem as it is working properly for most users:

1. Make sure you do not have cookies disabled in your web browser.

2. Make sure you are not running software that periodically deletes cookies. Some "security" or "privacy" programs delete cookies.

3. Make sure you do not manually clear the cookies in your browser.

Wayne,

I lost my cookies a couple times after an all night beer binge  during my college days at the old Sig house but I have yet to find cookies on the computer. Please tell me how to check and see if I have it disabled.

Click "help" them "about Internet Explorer" on your browser menu and it will give you the version number.

Wayne,

It is Version 5.00.2314.1003. What ever in the crap that means. I assume it is V. 5 and have no idea what all the other numbers are.

To check your cookie settings click "tools", "internet options", then the "security" tab, and click the custom button. Scroll down to the cookies secdtion and make sure "enable" is checked for both cookie settings.

Do you have any Internet "cleanup" software or anything like that that runs? Some of these things delete your cookies, as well as your browser cache.

Wayne,

Would that be a slide bar that goes from low to high and would that be for both "Trusted" and "Restricted" sites?

Thanks,

Bryan
