Anybody have any insight on when they'll be back up? I got an email about them having tech issues, but no updates since.

In general, a demographic (market area) data product sponsered by CCIM.
Xcelligent hosted the website. Xcelligent is out of business; until the CCIM finds a substitute, the system is offline.
Appraisers use it to put together a market area study/analysis.
Commercial Brokers use it to put together their demographic supplement in many of their offering memorandums.

It is convenient in that one can gather a lot of different data (spending data, housing data, traffic counts, competition-location, population and household data and projections, etc.).

They just got it back up and running mostly. You can grab demographics and use the Business Analyst. Can't find their flood maps yet though. I download the "Market Report" for the demographics/housing surveys into my platform. I also get my Flood Maps there, but I've been using the FEMA site. Actually, if anybody has anything that is in an A or AE zone, definitely hit the FEMA site, because they have now segmented those zones by levels.
