I have a still in the shrink-wrap Student Handbook to the Appraisal of RE published by the Appraisal Institute. This book retails for $50 for non-member and $40 for members. I'd like to sell it for $20 + s&h, but will consider other offers. I have a pay-pal account for credit card payment.
