Student loan debt

Yes, it increased the money supply. And that was enough.
Don't get me going. I know businesses that were rocking in Covid and got like $250K free money they don't have to pay back. I had to pay in a bunch this year. Don't pizz me off Charles.

That was your money and my money.

At least you understand M2 a little better Sir Charles and related to inflation.

Why isn't anyone calling for ending the federal student loan program? This just perpetuates...and perpetuates...and perpetuates...and perpetuates...

Maybe I'm out of touch. Average loan $38K. So little. Why can't people pay it off?
Right now I'm in negotiation with a potential commercial tenant with security deposit. I want $25K but he wants $15K.
I was kind and lowered to $20K but he still wants $15K. If he is financially secured as I had hoped, $5K shouldn't matter. Am I right?

Didn't you qualify the potential tenant?
We discussed the terms weeks ago and ready to sign and suddenly, he's complaining that the security deposit is too high.
I don't like that he's throwing me a curve ball in the last minute. Giving me second thoughts if this new tenant will be a pain in the as* in future since it will be a 10 year lease.
I have many events and vacation coming soon and want to complete this Lease.

It’s long past time to eliminate usury from our education system. The federal student loan program has become a mechanism for institutionalized predatory lending, burdening generations with unpayable debt. We should cancel these loans entirely and reset the system — no more interest-bearing debt for education. And if creditors take a loss, so be it — they write off corporate debt constantly without blinking. It's time students got the same treatment."
