On the heels of the Poinciana thread, Avatar builders in Poinciana, Bellalago and Solivita which are very much in decline.

At the time I left the area you could rent a 2,800 sqft house in Poinciana for $650 a month. With the type of housing and the level of traffic, they would need to pay me $650 a month to live in the area.
