This deals with development of Ballona Wetlands area in LA County. One group will fight if the appraisal is over $100,000,000, the other thinks it's $200,000,000.

This has been going on for a couple decades or so. Highly politicized. Maybe it should be in the commercial section, but seemed more of a general interest thing to me.
