If they are as popular as this video says, I am surprised I do not see more of them.
Maybe I just need to look closer at peoples toilets. Yuck.
When I see a bidet, it is usually a separate fixture, close to the toilet.

I suppose I could make a poll. What % of homes have a bidet in your experience.
Have you used a bidet? How did it go? :cautious:

Perhaps this post should go in the education forum or something.
But I can't stop laughing, so water cooler it is. :leeann2:

My friend in Raleigh has a toilet with a bidet and a heated seat. Heated seats are creepy enough. I'm not about to hit that other button.

A heated seat would be great this time of year. :leeann2:

i see maybe 1 in 1000 but last year appraised a home where the owner was very excited to show me her newly remodeled bath where she had added a bidet. I did not ask how much that project cost.

They seemed popular back in the 80s-90s with high end homes, not so much since.

In almost 12 yrs I can probably count on one hand the number I've seen in houses while appraising

Now when I lived overseas (Europe) they were fairly common. Not every house, but enough that you didn't really notice it after a while
