The punishment should fit the crime. Too many times I read about people that steal from their employers or rob their association's bank accounts. They never seem to do any time. This case is way beyond that and again there is no long time jail sentence. No wonder why this crap keeps happening. Even the nuns are getting into the habit* https://www.nytimes.com/2018/12/12/us/nuns-steal-money-school.html. That restitution is never gonna happen.
