Ok I am sure I am weird but there are times that the access person, or someone really gets to me, sometimes good and sometimes bad. Due to this there are times I want lets say blow off some steam. So as I am writing the report I open the comment balloon, and say something. It is meant for me only and since I am a one man shop, never thought twice about it. Since it does not print or anything.

However yesterday my cousin was over and I had a report open and he noted the red balloon and asked about it. Showed him had a good laugh and then he stated what do you do if you ever get a subpoena for all files and notes?

2 questions is there a way without going into all my reports that I can search the reports that has these.

Should I not worry due to not likly to hapen.

Am I the only one who does this?

I was taught early on to never, ever include in a file any comments or notes that could look bad in the future.

I suggest you get a small erasable white board to vent your frustrations on!
