This is what the appraiser is up against. "Pitbull Mortgage School"...and the government arms the appraiser with USPAP.....It's obvious appraisers need laws which are less ambiguous than USPAP to hold their own against...Pitbull Mortgage School graduates.

They really need to learn how to spell as well "conference" unless that website was already used!

Some say that Pitbulls have an in-bred gene that makes them viscious and agressive. Heaven help us from the next generation of Pitbull Mortgage School grads! I wonder if they will be born with sharp teeth.

Pitbull Mortgage School educates brokers to do the right thing. It also teaches brokers to stay away from appraisers who push value to get the business from brokers
