Anybody do an appraisal in Narraticon, Deptford Township. They are suppose to be non condo ownership town houses, yet they have no lot description in the public records. Are they on leased land?

Sounds like the apartment (rental) section of the community may be a large income-producing property, not sure.
You can probably call over there and get additional info.

The lot size is the building footprint. You can confirm that with Joe at the Tax Assessor's Office.
