Time adjustment for comps in declining market

How do you handle this kind of conditions. Where do you do the adjustment on a 1073 form? Thanks.
 
You make the adjustment in the grid in the date of sale/time column.

There are numerous sources that demonstrate the rate of decline of value. Pick one and use it. Better, develop one yourself and include it in the report. If you do not know how to develop the rate of decline, you need more education...especially NOW in the market we are experiencing. In fact, there are several methods that have been extensively discused here in the forum. Use your search function.
