Is there a link / source where I can get a copy of the most recent newsletter?

One doesn't have to go very far into the newsletter to get good advice:
In your appraisal practice, you must verify the comparable sales information you have received, and you must analyze such information. This includes analyzing any sales concessions that were made. If you find that these concessions are outside of what is normal for this market area, you must then must subtract those seller concessions from the sales price or make appropriate adjustments to reflect the concessions in your Sales Comparison Approach.
What a novel concept! :rof:
