Hello – I am an Ex-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser (CGREA), previously worked with Bob Hara at the regional MAI appraisal firm of Curtis-Rosenthal LLC. Currently, I am a Commercial Real Estate Broker, active for the past 15 years.

As an Ex-Appraiser, I had initially thought the research portion of appraisal typically only takes 3-5 hours. In reality, this is a highly time consuming component. My up-front services have been extremely helpful for appraisers clients, allowing them much greater productivity, which frees up ½ to 1 ½ days of their time, depending upon services required.
My Background/ Qualifications: Commercial Real Estate Broker involved in the Sale and Leasing of Commercial (Retail, Office, Industrial) & Multi Family Investments in Los Angeles County. Member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Prior background was MAI level appraisal, valuation and consulting on a regional basis throughout Southern California for all property types, prior General Associate Member of Appraisal Institute. Also, a Retail Marketing Specialist at CB Richard Elllis (CBRE).
