I know there is a section at the bottom of each comp on the URAR for sales and transfer history data but I often find that I need more space for data and use the Property History form.

I find that I'm doing a lot of cutting and pasting of the sales and transfer history. It does take a lot of time to find those reports, open them and then copy/paste.

What if there was a form that had sections for the subject AND comps transfer history that would link to the comps database and transfer into your report with the other data and photo? Does this make sense to anyone other than me?

I did make this suggestion to Alamode but I realize they need several requests before spending time on a new form or link.
