Looking for a limited license or licensed appraiser to help write residential reports on an independent contractor basis. Contractors must have:
1) Some Experience
2) Wintotal Aurora Software
3) Access to Realcomp MLS
All appraisers in our office are certified appraisers, so your hours would qualify under the new 2008 requirements.
