From a client today,

Thank you for such a quick response, I have attached a UCDP submission summary report to show as to what I am looking for we can not use the portal that is sent with the appraisal, this is what I need with all my appraisals.

If you can send me the UCDP for the appraisal that you sent me yesterday and by the way thank you so much for putting in ____ Banks name. Unfortunately, if I can not get this UCDP I will not be able to use the appraisal.

Thank you and have a wonderful day,

Someone please tell me that this is a mistake by the lender and I do NOT have to submit this. i have leaves to rake in the back yard.:sneaky::sneaky::sneaky:

Your client is an idiot.
Tell them that appraisers don't have access to UCDP, only Lenders do, so he must ask ---Bank for the summary report.

Agreed, but nice to know FNMA requirements still misunderstood by Lenders

The lender, or the AMC on the lender's behalf, submits an appraisal to the UCDP. The bank should be able to do it themselves, but usually only a couple people know how to do so manually at the bank, and that person is rarely the phone jockey. They will need an .xml version of the report to do so (or at least they did, haven't dealt with UCDP lately so not sure if anything has changed)
