unpainted and no covers

i just looked at a home and they have redone there bathroom but i guess they ran out of paint, they painted the whole thing except for above the shower surround, and they dont have light covers on the swithces, do i make them paint and add covers before i trun in the appraisal? any advice is appreciated

If the covers are in the bathroom then I would call for them to be installed. If they are not then I would call them cosmetic. The paint is considered to be cosmetic. You need to address these items in the report and adjust for them accordingly in the report. Hope this helps.
