I’ll add that I filed multiple FOIA requests with HUD regarding this case. They would not release any info while it was “under investigation.” Understandable. After the case closed, the response was the case is not public but that I could see the file if I had notarized authorization from the complainant (homeowner).

File a FOIA request yourself and see what you get.

Did you look? Because her entries at both the State and ASC registries don't show any discipline. The license is still active.

maybe it is my own confusion...but when did appraisers start approving or denying loans...and number hitting is strictly prohibited...so the appraiser should only be liable for the fee of the appraisal...quote that revaa

Actually there is little to no real diversity in the appraisal profession. My guess is upwards of 85% plus white males and a few females and others. It's been that way since the beginning of time.

A Shane Lanham died in Baltimore Md March 2025. But he was 28 years old and murdered in State prison. ** must be a different guy unless he was that young. You can Google it.
