This just goes to show you that you can accomplish a lot by posting on this forum.
The appraiser that I spoke of in 2 previous posts, that I have been trying to collect from, sent me the final $647.00 in a money order today! As Homer Simpson would say "WOO HOO" :lol:
I know that he reads this forum, in fact he turned me on to it a year ago. He would not have finally sent a money order this time if I had not complained on here about his checks bouncing and having to drive 100 miles to collect payment.
For the record (for those of you who know me personally & can deduce who this appraiser is) he has paid me everything that he owes me and has reimbursed me for any charges that I may have incurred from my bank.
He has said all along that his only intention was to pay me everything that he owed me and he did. However his time frame and mine were totally different.
Life is good today :!: I can put this era behind me, my business is finally going well enough that I have enough orders to currently keep me busy, I received payment from someone I sold something to on E-bay today, I lost 3 pounds this week, and my husband didn't quit his job this morning. :wink: :wink: Have a good weekend.

I sold my golf clubs for practically nothing right before Christmas for some quick cash. Seems I didn't have anyone to shoot with and couldn't afford green fees. How do you find time to play :?: It always seems that when I'm not as busy, I can't afford to play and when I can afford to play, I don't have time for all the work. Have a good game!
