Upgrade license classes

Does anybody know which educational providers are offering the class titled "Real Estate Finance, Statistics, and Valuation Modeling." The AI is teaching it in southern Jersey in mid-July, but I was hoping something in New York City. I want to start the G classes during the summer/autumn, but that class is a pre-requisite.

The AI is the only educational outfit currently approved to teach any commercial courses for NYS. So, you may be driving to Jersey. However, I don't think that is a pre-requisite for all of the G courses, just some. For example, you can take General Appraiser Income Approach 1&2 without it...but only from the AI. NYS really dropped the ball and didn't approve any curriculum until January 2008 despite the fact that the new guidelines came out in February 2004. Guess they didn't see the pressing need.

They only had four years to come up with a solution. I guess it wasn't enough.
