The Metro NJ Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Depending on the course, classes are on Saturdays or in 4 day blocks. Most are held at Rutgers.

I've taken two courses in NJ... one was held at Rutgers and one was held at Rowan. Both were fine courses. One was an SRA requirement taught by Ed Molinari, SRA and the other was a CG QE class taught by Jim MacCrate, MAI, ASA, CRE. Just go onto the AI's website and you can search for courses by state.
