Has anyone heard of them or gotten any work from them? They are not the government. They are a referral company. They charge $195/month to be listed and guarantee 2-6 appraisals a month. They say they have a contract with the government to list their properties. At first I thought I was talking with HUD but was not happy to hear that they were a referral service. Anyone gotten any work from them?

"guarantee" does that mean if you charge lets say $350 for an FHA assignment that they will send you a check of $350 back if you only get one, and if a dry month they will send a check a of $555, after the $195 for bext months is removed if you get NO assignments.. Now that is a deal. Is there any small print?
